This GO Adventure trip is being offered for the first time following resounding feedback from our students about the beauty of Lassen National Park. On this winter journey we’ll backpack in snow shoes a short way into the park and set up our tent village base camp.

We’ll learn essential winter camping survival tips from our winter-savvy trip leaders, day-hike to breathtaking vistas, ski or snowboard, sleigh ride and build snow forts. Watch the sunset over the crystal white hills and celebrate the winter with a raspberry slushy (Lifeschool's secret recipe).

We will finish the week off with a soak in a steamy sulfur hot spring to reward those hard-working muscles and soothe the mind before heading back to civilization.
